Welcome to Sherri’s Health Hints
When I wrote ”Body Esteem - Weight Loss Through Self-Discovery” I had two purposes in mind. This first was to help women discover and resolve the real reasons underlying their excess weight, and the second was to help women live a longer and healthier life.
Sherri’s Health Hints will be directed toward helping you relieve stress, eat healthier without sacrificing flavor and satisfaction, and anything else I come across that I feel will help you mentally, emotionally and physically look forward to a happy and healthy future.
