Discover the Secret to Weight Loss & Radiant Beauty

A Support Plan to Assist You

I have received several e-mails from people with questions about where to start, what to listen to, how much to do in a day, etc. in the Body Esteem book. I understand, after all, we are creatures that have adaptedĀ our lives around schedules and routines, I guess it’s natural to expect that in any program. While many women are comfortable doing the program as it is presented in the book, others would like a specific schedule to follow.

In order to support those who would like a schedule, we have added Support Plans for each Section in the book as a downloadable file.

You start these plans after you complete everything in the Introduction.

They were originally designed as daily plans, but you can do as much, or as little of each session, as you have time for. I recommend you only do one support session per day and if you don’t have time to finish everything in a session that day, pick up where you left off the next day and complete everything in that session before you move to the next session. The whole idea is to do it at your own pace without feeling pressured to complete everything in each session in a day. What is important is that you commit to doing something each day, even if it is only one thing in the session.

It’s also important that you don’t skip anything as each step in the book has a purpose and helps you progress to the next level. It also takes time for new information to be assimilated and for suppressed information to surface, so rushing through the book thinking that you will receive results that much faster will not serve you. Remember, you gained your weight over a period of time and it will also take you time to lose it.

As you progress through the program, each day will move you closer to your goal of a slim and healthy future. Believe in yourself and your ability to achieve your goal, and it will become your reality.
